In order to facilitate registered persons whose Point of Sales (POS) Systems are integrated with SRB, auto-population of the Annex-C of SST returns of such persons with the sale data received through POS integration is being introduced. Auto-population will go live with effect from 1st June 2023. Consequently, the invoices that are reported through POS system to SRB shall be automatically populated in Annex-C of the monthly tax returns starting from the tax period May, 2023. This shall make the return filing process quick and convenient.

This time-saving service will automatically populate the previous month(s) invoices on the 1st of every month and it will continuously auto-update Annex-C System data till 10th of the current month. However, the taxpayers will make sure that any missing sales data not populated in the Annex-C is duly uploaded / entered by them in Annex-C so as to make it a true and correct declaration. Moreover, SRB welcomes suggestion for any improvements in the system.
